Whenever I go to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure, I wear clothes that will dry easily in the sun for sure, because it is a well known attractions such as Splash Mountain and the fact that the Grizzly River Run Anything and everything will suck you're wearing. Consider yourself lucky that Walt Disney World Grizzly River run (you do not deal with Splash mountain, though!)
Other than that, I'd say there is something special you need to pack. I do not know the weather in Florida but I think this time of year temperatures are higher and better than you probably clothes, packing items like shorts and t-shirts. Also need a pair of shoes - flip flops or sandals will quickly become annoying with all the running you (will unfortunately, I can attest to this).
Most of all, wear comfortable clothes so you can focus on the most important thing - having fun! Be sure to tell Mikey I said hi.
